Mission
Smart SOH exists to move Mongolian residential property management off WhatsApp threads, printed receipts, and Excel sheets — onto a single, transparent, measurable platform. We give residents real-time visibility and give management the speed to make daily decisions with data.
Why now
Ulaanbaatar has over 200,000 residential units and 1,000+ registered HOAs, yet more than 90% still rely on manual workflows for billing and communication. Smartphone adoption, open banking APIs, and mandatory E-receipt compliance opened the window for full automation — we are here to close it.
